Spark Up!
Building on the success of the ‘speed-meeting/dating’ sessions Molly hosted at a local festival, she has designed an event focused on sparking conversations, building friendships, and creating lasting connections in a fun, supportive, and interactive way.
Currently offered quarterly at a venue in Norwich, this event is easily adaptable for other locations.

“I was initially nervous about going to Spark Up but went along with a friend and had a fantastic time. It was fun and full of laughter, totally non-threatening and felt safe, all down to the excellent facilitation by Molly. It seemed very well prepared and thought out and everyone was constantly active and involved. I’m looking forward to doing it again and I’d encourage anyone to come along. It still makes me laugh when I think about it!”
Paul
“I’ve never experienced anything like it. It was…unusually brilliant. It got people in touch with their authentic selves via – what are essentially improv games and activities – which allowed us to connect with each other in similarly authentic ways.”
